2. Booking and Cancellation

a. Booking:

To secure an appointment, clients must make a reservation through our website, Fresha App, or in-person at The Hair Muse.
Booking fees or deposits may be required, and the remaining balance is due at the time of service.

b. Cancellation:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, and repeated cancellations may result in the requirement of pre-payment for future appointments.

3. Consultation and Communication

a. Consultation:

Before the commencement of any hair care service, a consultation will be conducted to understand your preferences, expectations, and any potential issues.
It is your responsibility to communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or specific requests during the consultation.

b. Communication:

Clear communication with your stylist is crucial for achieving desired results.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please communicate it to your stylist promptly.

4. Payments and Refunds

a. Payments:

Service fees are clearly stated and must be paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Additional charges may apply for extra services not initially booked.

b. Refunds:

Refunds are generally not provided unless the service cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control.

5. Stylist Selection

While we make every effort to accommodate requests for specific stylists, we reserve the right to assign an alternate stylist based on availability or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Hygiene and Safety

a. Hygiene:

The Hair Muse adheres to strict hygiene standards for the well-being of clients and staff.
Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene when attending appointments.

b. Safety:

Clients must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by The Hair Muse and its stylists.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to The Hair Muse, including logos, designs, and promotional materials, are owned by us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

Any personal information shared during consultations or services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

The Hair Muse reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates or changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through other communication channels.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa
